Offensive coordinator John DeFilippo said Thursday that Cook will be a "full go" in practices moving forward, Courtney Cronin of reports.

Analysis: While Cook could occasionally receive an occasional maintenance day for select practices during the second half of the season, DeFilippo's comments suggest the Vikings no longer have any concerns about the hamstring issues that sidelined the second-year running back for five of the team's first nine games. Cook was impressive in his return to action in the Week 9 win over the Lions, accruing 109 yards from scrimmage -- 70 of which came on a second-quarter scamper -- on 14 touches while logging 28 offensive snaps. With the benefit of a Week 10 bye, Cook should gain an even larger snap share in Sunday's divisional showdown with the Bears, resulting in less work for Latavius Murray.

Offensive coordinator Norv Turner said Thursday that he assumes Cadet will be inactive for Sunday's game against Detroit, Bryan Strickland of the Panthers' official site reports.

Analysis: Cadet signed a one-year contract with the Panthers on Monday after the team decided to waive fellow running back C.J. Anderson. As evidenced by this news, Cadet might need some time to learn the playbook before he suits up in game action. If Cadet doesn't suit up Sunday, Cameron Artis-Payne will be in line for the reserve role behind bell-cow back Christian McCaffery.

Coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Montgomery's status for Sunday's game against the Bengals will depend on how he looks in practice this week, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Analysis: After being acquired from the Packers on Oct. 30, Montgomery was inactive for the Ravens' Week 9 game against the Steelers while he continued to familiarize himself with the new playbook. The running back has since had a bye week to get further comfortable with his new surroundings, but he'll still need to make an impression in practices in order to earn an active status this weekend, which would likely come at the expense of Gus Edwards. If Montgomery does in fact make his team debut Sunday, he'll likely see most of his work on passing downs, which would impact Javorius Allen's fantasy outlook more so than Alex Collins'.

Irving (ankle) is not expected to practice Thursday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Analysis: Irving has not suited up since Week 7 against Washington due to an ankle injury. If he's unable to practice Thursday, it will be the second consecutive day he's been unable to do so. As evidenced by this news, Irving's status for Sunday's game against the Falcons is murky at best. The Cowboys will make the official call on Irving's availability for Week 11 later in the week.

Malone (hamstring) isn't participating in Thursday's practice, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Analysis: With Malone opening the week with back-to-back absences at practice, the wideout appears to be trending toward missing a second straight game Sunday in Baltimore. If both Malone and A.J. Green (toe) are sidelined again, Alex Erickson, Cody Core and Auden Tate would likely work as the primary depth receivers behind Tyler Boyd and John Ross (groin).
